On October 14th, 2012 Isaac’s Moving and Storage were instrumental in making the Boston Making Strides for Breast Cancer Walk 2012 the most successful walk ever, raising this year over $3,000,000! For the 5th straight year Isaac’s donated several moving trucks along with 2 crews of movers who picked up and delivered items ranging from pallets of water to two truckloads of T-Shirts which were handed out to the over 40,000 participants. Isaac’s trucks were also emblazoned with pink signage reflecting their support for the cancer walk. This year Isaac’s also fielded their largest walking team ever with over 40 members and raised an additional $2,000.00 for the fight against breast cancer. Team Isaacs, with their “Fighting the Fight” t-shirts, were presented with a “Certificate of Appreciation” from the American Cancer Society at the conclusion of the event. Isaac’s Moving and Storage have already begun to raise awareness for next years walk by sending out several email blasts to their thousands of customers and have set a team goal of $5000.00 for the 2013 walk.
