Isaac’s Moving & Storage send out evaluation questionnaires to customers asking a range of questions to gather information about the customers experience. We ask about the premoving experience, dealing with our crew, and a rating on our overall performance. With Michael and Lisa’s local move we received a 4 or 5 for above average and excellent on everything with this very nice comment below.
